Ingredients:

- 1 cup sliced almonds
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 



Instructions:

1. Place the chia, sunflower, and pumpkin seeds, coconut flakes, and sliced almonds in a large mixing bowl.


2. Include cinnamon and vanilla extract in the mixture. Use a low-carb sweetener, if preferred, to adjust the sweetness.


3. Thoroughly combine all the ingredients by mixing them together.


4. Evenly spread the mixture onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
