Shrimp, Avocado, and Egg Salad

Shrimp Avocado Egg Salad

Ingredients:


- 1 lb (450g) cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined

- 4 large eggs, hard-boiled and chopped

- 2 avocados, diced

- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

- 1 cucumber, diced

- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

- Juice of 2 limes

- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- Salt and pepper to taste



Instructions:


1. Put the cooked shrimp, diced avocados, cucumber, red onion, cooked shrimp, chopped eggs, and cilantro in a big bowl.


2. Combine the lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
