Ingredients:
- Keto Stir Fry Sauce (Homemade sauce for all stir fry recipes)
- 1 lb (450g) beef flank steak, thinly sliced
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tablespoons avocado oil or olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-inch piece of ginger, minced
- Sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:

1. In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon avocado oil on medium-high. Season the thinly sliced meat with salt and pepper, and heat for about 4-5 minutes, until browned and cooked through.
2. Remove the steak from the pan and set aside. Add the remaining tablespoon of avocado oil into the same skillet. Sauté the minced garlic and ginger for 30 seconds, or until fragrant.
3. Then, add the broccoli florets and pieces of red bell pepper. Stir-fry the vegetables for 5-7 minutes, or until they are soft and crispy.
