Ingredients:

For the Salad:
  - 1 lb ground beef
  - 1 cup shredded lettuce
  - 1 cup diced pickles
  - 1/2 cup diced onions
  - 1/2 cup diced tomatoes 

For the Dressing:
  - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  - 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  - 2 tablespoons sugar-free ketchup
  - 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  - Salt and pepper to taste



Instructions:

1. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until it is browned and cooked thoroughly. After removing excess fat, season to taste with salt and pepper. 


2. Combine mayonnaise, sugar-free ketchup, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, onion powder, and garlic powder in a small bowl. Mix until completely smooth. If necessary, add more salt and pepper to the seasoning. 


3. Arrange the shredded lettuce as the bottom layer in a big bowl or separate serving bowls. Add cooked ground beef on top. Add some shredded cheddar cheese on top.


 4. Add the diced onions, tomatoes, and pickles. Serve the dressing on the side or drizzle it over the salad.
